This was originally listed as DMB opening for Live, however based on April 16, 1993 Daily Press, this was a benefit hosted by the Flood Zone at Brown's Island for the Central Virginia Independent Living Center.
The schedule was:
1:00 PM - TR3
2:00 PM - Col. Bruce Hampton and the Aquarium Rescue Unit
3:00 PM - Dave Matthews Band
4:00 PM - Live
The two teases at the beginning are followed by a few minutes of Stefan and then Roi noodling. Presumably this is a "live soundcheck" as the MC introduces the band right afterward.
