After Rhyme & Reason, Dave says that he took a week-long holiday/vacation the week before and wrote the song Say Goodbye. However, different versions of Say Goodbye have been played before this show. Maybe he put some permanent structure to the lyrics, maybe he's just rambling. It's an interesting piece of the puzzle that is watching the band's songs develop.
