This concert was a benefit for recovery and relief efforts after Hurricanes Helene and Milton. It took the place of Warren Haynes's annual Christmas Jam concert, which is usually held in Asheville.

Trey Anastasio, Mavis Staples, Robert Randolph, Joe Russo, Trombone Shorty, Susan Tedeschi, and Derek Trucks were billed as "very special guests." The show was essentially one continuous set, with occasional videos and very little downtime between artists.

First time Trey has guested with DMB since 8.14.07.

This show was webcast live on YouTube. It was also broadcast on SiriusXM Channel 30 (Dave Matthews Band Radio) on November 28, 2024.
