Announced April 14, 2009 in the same e-mail as the official tracklisting off Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King and first single announcement of "Funny the Way It Is."

The album artwork that was posted to the band's webstore prior to this release's announcement indicated that it was originally set to contain the 8.10.08 as well as 8.9.08. This was never announced, and the artwork had been modified to remove the reference to 8.10 by the time of the official announcement.

The full announcement came on April 21, 2009.
