www.davematthewsband.com next week to get your copy. Sorry for the inconvenience." The original poster had a date of 4/21/14, but that was confirmed to have been fixed prior to printing; it was likely pulled due to the content (a tornado with a cow, car, TV, guitar, violin, etc. caught in it).
